Red Blossom Farms is one of the leading producers of California’s finest berries. Beginning in 1999 with 75 acres of production, David Lawrence has now partnered with leading produce growers to maintain nearly 1600 acres of berries for the upcoming 2007 season.  For the upcoming  season Red Blossom will have year-round production from San Diego, Irvine, Santa Maria, Salinas and Watsonville. Red Blossom Farms has added numerous employees in the field, giving them the ability to closely monitor the strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry production in these areas, bringing quality berries to the marketplace throughout the year.

In 2002, Red Blossom partnered with ASG Produce, making ASG the exclusive sales agent for Red Blossom Farms.  ASG's commitment to detail and ability to forecast future markets has positioned Red Blossom Farms as an industry leader, proud to be a part of the elite list of growers that ASG Produce represents.  Success starts with each individual grower and their commitment to quality, but Craig Casca and ASG Produce have provided Red Blossom's family of growers with the best sales team available to represent their label in the Produce Industry.

In an effort to improve the level of service customers receive, a long-term lease has been made on the cooling facility in Salinas, which has undergone a major modernization project, making it one of the premier strawberry facilities in the area.  In Santa Maria, construction to expand the cooler capacity has been in progress in order to accommodate the expansion of acreage there in 2007. In each area Red Blossom has partnered with Seaside Packaging and Weyerhauser to establish new box making facilities which will make the operations completely autonomous.  The expansion is being achieved as quickly as possible to ensure quality berries and a product that is monitored for food safety from the packaging plant all the way to the marketplace.
